Housing Opportunity Bill Rules Draft Released
Oregon Housing and Community Service made another step toward implementation of the Housing Opportunity Bill this week, releasing draft rules and revised concept papers.
The department’s proposed amendments to the Home Ownership Assistance Program rules and the rules describing the new General Housing Account Program are now available for review (see links below).
Interested members of the public can participate in a hearing on the rules on November 23, 2009, at 2 pm in Room 124B of the North Mall Office Building, 725 Summer St. NE, in Salem.
The public comment period for these rules ends on December 21, 2009.
