Follow the signs for Exit 300 (I-84E), but exit before you actually reach I-84E, following the brown OMSI signs to the light at the end of the off-ramp, which is Water Avenue.

Turn north (left) onto Water Avenue.

Water Avenue curves to the east (right) and becomes Stark Street.

Turn north (left) onto 2nd Avenue.

After passing under the Burnside Bridge, turn east (right) into the parking lot for the OHCS Portland office.

Exit 300B and follow the brown signs toward OMSI.

As you cross over the Morrison Bridge, exit to your right on the ramp just before the end of the Bridge, which turns south (right) onto Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.

Turn west (right) onto Salmon Street.

Turn north (right) onto 2nd Avenue.

After passing under the Burnside Bridge, turn east (right) into the parking lot for the OHCS Portland office.
